I am committed to powerfully effective consumer engagement through user-centric design and rigorous testing. We would wireframe and produce rapid prototyping for both mobile and desktop environments in Axure extensively. It reliably delivered functionally test-worthy experiences that we could prove viability before building code or making look-and-feel decisions.
Mouseflow allowed us to get heat maps and session recordings for analyzing and assessing the efficacy of our designs after deployment.

The project management team needed tools that allowed us to capture processes in maps. LucidChart and Omnigraffle were our tools to do this. Once our processes were captured and redefined, the resulting tasks were tracked and managed in SmartSheet, a cloud-based task manager. We used Jira for the full-on project management lifecycle. As we used an agile methodology regularly, Jira was the central system for tracking issues, change requests, monitoring code sprints, and more.


site optimization  •  testing

As part of a "circle of strategy," site optimization was closely tied to the UX and marketing teams' efforts to determine optimal customer experience. To do this, Monetate and Maxymiser were our A/B testing tools to verifiably determine winners in UX testing, which helped us prioritize actions that ramped up conversion and CTRs. 
BounceExchange was primarily used as a cart abandonment / recovery and customer engagement tool. We triggered email sign-up, click-thru initiatives and tracked it all as a segment of our site optimization. 
Clicktale, a web analysis team with proprietary testing and session recording tools, assisted in determining logical site adjustments to improve customer experience. 


As the Category Manager for the $24m children's exchange valentine card line, I worked in researching, recommending, negotiating, and applying licensing contracts and style guides to hundreds of product SKUs. Some of these licensors were:
